When Carol Twombly created the Trajan typeface for one of the earliest versions of Photoshop, she never knew it would become one of the most used typefaces on movie posters. The rise of Photoshop for design also meant that there was a lot of homogeneity — and designer Yves Peters wanted to know why Trajan became the go-to font.
